We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have a 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
The 30 day returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

We offer a free 30 day UK return on products purchased on the website (excluding frames purchased in the Outlet). Please contact us at hello@taylor-morris.com with your order number delivery address and contact details to receive a free returns slip with a list of your local depots.

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) For Sun 2020 frames please follow the re packing diagram in 'correct packaging', frames not packed in this way become damaged and therefore not valid returns.

*Free U.K Returns are not valid on frames purchased in the Outlet.

All international orders come with 30 day return on any product purchased on the website. Please send all international returns to the following address:

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Should you wish to exchange your product, you will be entitled to free UK shipping to return the purchased pair to us, only if this pair has been purchased up to 30 days prior to returning them for an exchange. Upon receipt, a quality check will be carried out and you will be contacted. Terms:

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

e) you pay the difference if you exchange for a product with more value

f) we will refund you different if you exchange for a product with less value

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with International returns.

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product and after it has gone through a quality check.

If you have ordered a frame with a personalised 'embossed case', you can exchange for any frame. You will have to pay, or be refunded, the difference of cost of the frames. We do not offer returns on these products.

Once our fulfillment agency receives your return, the pair is sent to the office for a formal QC. The pair must then pass the evaluation and be placed back into the existing stock count, we will then be notified and a refund will be processed.

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

For your return to be processed we must receive it in its original packaging. This includes the hard outer box, leather pouch and soft cleaning cloth / baggy. Please take precaution to ensure the box is properly secured in its packaging so it is not damaged en route to us.

For all Sun 2020 frames please ensure the sunglasses are placed in the case as shown below. If the frame is not placed like this, it can squash the frame and damage it and this will be seen as an improper return.
