SHIPPING

We deliver Glasses and Sunglasses to all corners of the globe.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You will receive an email confirming your order and estimated delivery date. Once your parcel is collected from us you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking and delivery options.

Keep in mind that prescription and customised orders take an extra 7-10 working days to be processed.

All orders placed before 2 pm will be processed the same day according to the shipping methaod chosen.

UK SHIPPING - FREE OVER £125

We offer free shipping (2-3 business days) across the UK for orders above £125.

Next-day delivery is also available via DPD for £5 (free for orders above £250).

 

U.S.A SHIPPING - FREE OVER $180

We offer free shipping across the USA for orders above $180.

Express shipping options are also available.

 

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

We offer standard European shipping (5-7 business days) and Express shipping (2-4 business days).

Prices are calculated based on location.

 

INTERNATIONAL/REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING

We offer standard European shipping (3-9 business days) and Express shipping (2-4 business days).

RETURNS

  • NEED TO RETURN AN ORDER?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We offer a 30-day returns policy.
The 30-day returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

 

  • FREE UK AND US RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item bought from our website, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL or REQUEST A RETURN at your order page.

Exchanges use the same system, once the product is received by Taylor Morris will send you a payment link for any outstanding amount. Or refund as appropriate.

Outlet and Accessories products are not covered and must be returned at the customer's cost.

Returned orders are eligible for a refund if the returned order meets the following criteria:

(a) We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product;

(b) The returned product is unused, (we understand you may have tried it on once or twice) in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

(c) Your order is not a frame with a prescription or customised.

Submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request Return.

 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All international orders come with a 30-day return on any product purchased on the website.

We offer facilitated returns, where you can use our shipping methods at your cost to return your order. The price varies depending on location, which can be checked during the process.

You can also send your order back with your carrier of choice, please send all international returns to the following address:

(c) Taylor Morris London LTD is not liable for any duties or taxes on items returned from outside the U.K. In cases where duties and taxes are received, we will ask for them to be charged to the sender.

(d) Your order is not a frame with a prescription or customised.

 

  • OUTLET RETURNS

If you wish to return a frame purchased in the outlet please send the frame back to us at:

You must clearly mark your name and order number inside the parcel so your return can be identified. Any return without your name or order number is at risk of not being accepted.

 

  • IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such an additional amount as we may charge for the re-delivery of the returned product;
(c) if we do not receive payment of such an additional amount within 14 days of issuing a payment request, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product at our sole discretion without any liability to you.

 

 

REFUNDS

We will always refund you with the same method of payment used on the purchase.

We maintain a 30-day period of allowance for processing our refunds.

We do not refund shipping.

All returned items are subject to our cleaning process and quality control checks. Which are carried out from the date of receipt. Please be aware this process can take a number of days. Your refund will be processed once this process has been completed. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation of receipt.

 

  • PRESCRIPTION/BLUE LIGHT FILTER/CUSTOMISED ORDERS

Prescription and Customised orders (This includes all prescription frames/frames with added polarised lenses and any glasses with Blue Light Filter) cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are happy to exchange the frame for a different colour of the same model.

If your order fits the description above please follow the exchange process detailed above.

 

  • IMPROPER RETURNS
