Prescription Glasses

"Ordered some new glasses, received the new glasses promptly, unfortunately the prescription was incorrect. Contacted them and they agreed a mistake had been made and arranged for the glasses to be returned and new ones sent out. Unfortunately when the replacement glasses arrived the prescription was still wrong. Contacted them again and arranged for glasses to be returned. I resent the prescription and over a week later I am waiting for the new glasses to arrive. The frames are very good just need the right lenses."
